ADV. YUKI SHEMESH

Adv. Yuki Shemesh is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Adv. Shemesh was admitted to the Bar in 1992. He did his period of clerkship with the Honorable Judge Shlomo Levin, at the Supreme Court in Jerusalem. From 1992-1998, Adv. Shemesh worked at the law firm “Evron and Assoc. – Advocates”.

Adv. Shemesh has a great deal of experience in conducting class action suits and derivative suits.The main work and expertise of Adv. Shemesh lies in the conduct of class action and derivative suits, relating to the capital market, as well as in conducting consumer-related class action suits.

Adv. Shemesh has been a self-employed lawyer since 1998, in the civil and commercial area, while specializing in real estate and in companies.
Since 2001, Adv. Shemesh has been working in partnership with Adv. Manor in the area of class action and derivative suits within the framework of the law-firm “Amit Manor – Yuki Shemesh, Advocates”

ADV. AMIT MANOR

Adv. Amit Manor is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B). Adv. Manor was admitted to the Bar in 1992. He has a great deal of experience in conducting class action suits and derivative suits. His first class action was in 1994.

Adv. Manor’s main area of work and expertise is in the conduct of class-action suits and derivative suits relating to the capital markets. Further more, Adv. Manor serves as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University, as a lecturer for a class on “Private Enforcement on the Capital Market: Class Action and Derivative Suits”.

Since 2001, Adv. Manor has been working in partnership with Adv. Yuki Shemesh in the area of class action and derivative suits, and this within the framework of the law firm “Amit Manor – Yuki Shemesh, Advocates”.

ADV. LYDIA MANDELBAUM FALKOV

 

Adv. Lydia Mandelbaum Falkov is a graduate (cum laude) of law faculty of Tel Aviv University, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.

Adv. Mandelbaum Falkov was admitted to the Israeli Bar in the year 2005 and joined the law-firm “Amit Manor – Yuki Shemesh, Lawyers” in the year 2016.

Prior to that, for more than a decade she served as a litigator and a legal advisor in the fields of complex civil litigation, commercial and corporate law and IP law. In the years before, and since the year 2000, she has been working as a paralegal up to her internship in court, as well as serving as a teaching assistant and a research assistant in Tel Aviv University Law Faculty.

Adv. Mandelbaum Falkov has vast experience in high profile litigation cases both in courts and arbitrations, as well as in general consulting and complex agreements.

Adv. Mandelbaum Falkov’s expertise are in the area of class action proceedings and derivative proceedings, commercial disputes, and IP litigation and counselling.

In addition, Adv. Mandelbaum Falkov is a certified mediator since the year 2006.

Adv. Mandelbaum Falkov is fluent in Hebrew, Russian and English, and also speaks French.

ADV. TZACH SPITZEN

 

Adv. Tzach Spitzen is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (B.LL) from Kiryat Ono Academic College. Adv. Spitzen interned in the office of Adv. Beaz Ben Tzur and qualified as a lawyer in 2007.

Between the years 2001-2020, Adv. Spitzen served as a journalist in a variety of media systems, including the Mamun supplement of Yedioth Ahronoth, the program “Ovda” with Ilana Dayan, and the Israel Broadcasting Corporation “Kahan”.

As a journalist, Attorney Spitzen specialized in financial investigations and he revealed, among other things, the existence of another prisoner X in the Israeli prison (in addition to the late Ben Zigier), the fat bonus of former Hadassah director Shlomo Mor Yosef and the connections between the businessman Amir Bramli and Michal Ansky . At the Israel Broadcasting Corporation, attorney Spitzen served for about two years as an investigative reporter in the economic desk under the management of Shaul Amsterdamsky and exposed in a series of investigations the deficiencies in the work of the Zohar Committee that was established to give compensation to the workers of the nuclear reactor in Dimona who had cancer. He also published a document in which the reactor admits for the first time that malfunctions with radioactive materials occurred in it For two more years, Attorney Spitzen served as a legal reporter at the Broadcasting Corporation alongside the legal commentator Tamar Almog.

In 2022, Attorney Spitzen was needed for our firm’s team and he deals with a wide variety of complex class actions and derivatives in the capital market.

Adv. Spitzen is a graduate of the Jerusalem branch of the acting school run by the late Nissan Netiv and played the character Idan Shagiv in the film “Operation Grandma” by director Dror Shaul.
Adv. Spitzen was born in 1973 and is the proud father of two pairs of twins. He was born in Jerusalem and currently lives in Holon.
